We sold 3 sons of Henry at the NIHBA Premier Sale taking the Top Price and second top price. Lone Ranger was Reserve Champion, he is a full brother to the 10,500gns Karate Kid. Another son of the prolific bull breeder Dainty W7, backed up by great figures TI & SRI, , Milk & 200, 400 & 600 day weights all in the Top 10%. He sold to join the Castlepoll herd

Lively was a 1st prize winner and is a full brother to Khan, the first Henry son sold at auction and was Champion & Top Price in Dungannon November Sale selling for 3000gns. His dam Dainty D1 is one of our top performing cows with her daughters amongst our best young cows. His EBVís are equally as impressive with TI & SRI in Top 10% and he sold to pedigree and commercial work with the Boley herd, buying their third stockbull in succession for 2900gns. Landini was our other entry, he stood 2nd to Lively and sold for 2500gns. Another Henry x Dynamite son, his dam was unbeaten as a calf.

Kitkat is a record breaking son of Henry!! Selling in the April Spring Show & Sale in Hereford for 10,800gns to Nesbitt Farms, Berkshire for their Cleland Herd. Out of the Dynamite daughter Dainty G2, a combination thatís really working, we await September to have some of his calves born in our herd

Landmark was Reserve Male Champion at the Spring Show & Sale selling to Vexour Herefords for 8200gns. He was the best autumn born bull calf in the NI Herds Competition . In the Top 1% for IMF, scrotal size and EMA, a huge +4.3 (average 1.3) Our 3 Henry sons averaged £10,325. Our other bull entry was Lamborghini who sold to Tymawr Herefords, Anglesey for 4800gns. This 13 month old was a full brother to Ferrari sold to Genus and stood 2nd to the Champion

Maverick stood second to Milkyway and sold for 6000gns to top commercial herd Spendlove bros. Sired by Dynamite, his dam is one of highest figured cows and has already bred the Top Price bull at the January sale 2015. His growth figures are in the Top 5% with Fat & RBY in the Top 1% Mr Daffy was also a 1st prize winner and sold at 5400gns to H Richardson. his dam is the only daughter of one of our best cows Dainty W7. Her progeny have sold incredibly well with her dearest son selling for 10 500gns in April 2015 and has an average of £3900 for 8 sons sold


Topping our trade was the 1st prize winner Starlet M8 a stylish Dynamite daughter and full sister to M10 Female Champion at the Calf show selling for 5500gns to Kilvrough herd, Swansea. Peter Vaughan, Hereford purchased† the Panmure 1 Henry daughters Starlet M12 & M1 for 4200gns & 3600gns to join Dynamite at the Kingsland herd. Both these heifers sold with high EMA figures

Milkyway a full brother to Kitkat sold to Wychnor herd for 8400gns, the second top price of the day. He had previously been Male Champion at NI Calf Show and had exceptional growth and muscle figures. Lawyer, last years Joint NI Bull of the Year joined the† Bromham herd for 8000gns. This big impressive bull had an excellent set of figures and was greatly admired for his depth of hindquarter and width of loin, traits he inherited from both Henry & Vindicator† See a video of Milkyways last few bids here


The 2nd prize winner Starlet M6 by Keno sold for 3600gns to join AG Whittle. Another out of a Dynamite cow she had top 10% EMA and IMF figures. Starlet M9 selling to E Pierce for 3300gns again by Henry her dam was a full sister to Geronimo 2011 NI Bull of the Year & Autumn Sale Champion & Top price at 6200gns













Sales were in full swing in April with 11 bulls sold. The pick of them was Nobility, who was sold privately to join the Rempstone herd, he had previously been best Autumn born bull calf in the 2016 Herds Competition, his full sister was 2015 national Show Reserve Champion as a 9 month old calf. Neon was Reserve Champion at NIHBA Spring sale selling for 3700gns. We also sold 2 further bulls at the sale with Marcus and Noble selling for 3200gns & 2900gns. All four bulls were sons of Henry and out of Dynamite cows.



It was another successful trip to the HCS Sale in October despite sticky trade. Nashville our only bull entry sold for the second top price of 4200gns to Blakesley Herd. This smart 18 month old Henry x Dynamite son, his full brother is workling in the Hollybush herd. Our 5 incalf heifers all picked up rosettes in the showring and averaged £3675. Topping the trade was 2 year old Henry daughter Stardust N5 selling to Pinmoor Herd for 4000gns, the sales second top price. Pepperstock Herd purchased our next 2 heifers, 18 month olds Starlet N26 & Starlet N28 for 3600gns & 3800gns both sired by Henry. N26 had earlier won her class and been placed Reserve Female Champion. Warham Court Herefords purchased our final 2 heifers Starlet N9 & Starlet N32, both sired by Daffy they sold for 2800gns & 3300gns respectively.††
